Benjamin A. Ellis

Mr. Ellis’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation, premises liability, and business law and litigation.

Before joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Adam M. Conrad and the Honorable Michael L. Robinson, both of the North Carolina Business Court. While in law school, Mr. Ellis interned as a judicial clerk for the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Ellis also served as the Executive Articles Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
