Christopher J. Wiemken
Christopher Wiemken has a broad litigation practice, which includes the areas of insurance defense, commercial, employment, transportation, products liability, construction, and mass tort litigation. Mr. Wiemken has represented clients before federal and state courts and administrative agencies as well as in mediation. Representative clients include construction contractors, hotels, restaurants, trucking companies, insurance companies, in addition to numerous local businesses and individuals. Christopher Wiemken previously practiced with the United States Department of Transportation where he was involved in the development, interpretation and enforcement of a variety of transportation regulations. Mr. Wiemken is also a contributing author to the continuing legal education publication "Insurance Law in Virginia."
