Cyrus A. Dolph, IV

During his lengthy career, Mr. Dolph has represented both large and small companies, foundations, non-profits, individuals and financial institutions. Mr. Dolph has advised clients in a variety of business transactions and in the planning and administration of estates, foundations and trusts. Mr. Dolph has represented individual and corporate fiduciaries in DOL investigations, ERISA audits and tax controversies. Mr. Dolph now provides counsel to other lawyers in the Firm in connection with these areas.
